The UAE-US AI Campus is a 5 GW Abu Dhabi AI infrastructure campus led by G42 with U.S. technology partners. G42's May 2025 announcement says a new 5 GW UAE-US AI Campus was unveiled as the largest AI infrastructure project outside the U.S. and will deliver sovereign AI-grade compute at scale. G42 and OpenAI later announced Stargate UAE as a 1 GW compute cluster within the 5 GW campus, with the first 200 MW expected to go live in 2026. ADCI treats the selected 5,000 MW value on this parent record as the full campus/program capacity, while the separate Stargate UAE record is demoted from selected MW to avoid double-counting the same Abu Dhabi capacity envelope.
