Vantage Data Centers is developing the Port Washington Lighthouse campus in Wisconsin as a Stargate site for OpenAI and Oracle. Vantage's official location page says the 672-acre campus will include four single-story data centers totaling 902 MW of critical IT load across 2.5 million square feet, scheduled to be completed in 2028. Vantage's October 2025 announcement says the project represents a $15B+ investment and will provide close to a gigawatt of AI capacity.
ADCI keeps the selected 902 MW value and classifies it as official operator-disclosed IT load. The legacy route slug remains debt from earlier reporting, but the selected public record is Vantage-operated and does not select any larger grid-connection context as IT load.
