Project Jupiter is an AI data-center campus in Dona Ana County, New Mexico. OpenAI lists Dona Ana County as one of the Oracle/OpenAI Stargate sites announced in September 2025. Oracle's project page says the campus will include four data-center buildings and a warehouse across 818 acres, with 4,000 construction jobs and more than 1,500 ongoing project-supported jobs expected once construction is complete. The Project Jupiter community site describes an up-to-$165 billion investment, four data centers, closed-loop non-evaporative cooling, and an on-site Bloom Energy fuel-cell microgrid. Data Center Dynamics reports Oracle as tenant, Stack and BorderPlex Digital Assets as developers, and OpenAI as the AI infrastructure customer.
